Match Report
Martyn Campbell's second-ever career goal helped Ayr United to victory over First Division Cowdenbeath in the second round of the ALBA Challenge Cup.
Promoted Cowden's Mark McKenzie missed from six yards and relegated Ayr's Stephen McKeown was denied by a David Hay save during a poor first half.
But Campbell broke the deadlock after 63 minutes, heading home Dean Keenan`s cross from 12 yards.
And Mark Roberts slotted a 73rd-minute winner from 12 yards.
